We got back yesterday and had zero glitches our entire trip. The transportation was on time and easy to find, check in and out was efficient etc. It was amazing and the hotel and staff were accommodating and kind. I would recommend to anyone. You should ask about flight options because depending on the size of your group, they have different options (some with better times).
Jake is an extremely nice guy and a very helpful travel agent. He is very capable and went far beyond what you would expect for good service.

Great experience - Check in took a little while to get wristbands at the hotel & they lost my friends information for his VIP pass(they ended up giving it to him) but other than that I have already been recommending them to my friends for next year!

I organized and traveled with a huge group from my senior class making tons of money and getting to go on spring break for free. I love STS. Thanks to STS I will never have to spend my college years broke. I make more money than any of my friends and I get to travel for free. Why would I do anything else? If you have a lot of friends and you don't want to give up your social life for a part time job, then be smart and sign up to be a rep. That's my advice."
