How much time will I have to commit to STS?
As a Campus Rep, your level of commitment is completely up to you. You will find the more effort you put in, the more sales you will make and the more money you will earn. Successful reps are also creative, posting flyers on bulletin boards to/from class, passing out brochures in class, asking around doesn't require much time at all but can help you reach your goal.
How do I keep track of my reservations?
As a rep you will have access to your own online workstation where you can view your reservations, keep track of payments and also manage referred reps.
Can I book trips at other schools?
As a rep, you have the ability to book trips at any school. You can also recommend a friend to be a rep at their school and make money from the trips they sell.
What if I don't sell enough for a free trip?
If you don't sell enough for a free trip, but you sell at least 8 trips, you will receive a discount of up to $20 off for every trip you sell. Campus reps have additional time to make their final payment.
Will I have to collect money?
No, you will not have to collect any money. Every customer in your reservation will have their own customer ID number. They can use that number to access their account online and make their payment. They can also make a payment over the phone by calling the STS office.
What are Rep Weekend Getaways?
Rep Weekend Getaways are familiarization (fam) trips designed to help committed Campus reps learn more about STS and our destinations. During this trip, reps get to see first hand all of the hotels, nightclubs and restaurants that we use for Spring Break.
How many trips do I need to sell to earn a free trip?
Sell 15 trips and you will earn a free trip. Taxes and fees not included. The value of the free trip is equal to the average trip price of all trips booked. Hotel only and flight finder packages will receive the equivalency of the hotel only.
Will I be responsible for anything during the trip?
The only thing a rep is required to do on their trip is have fun! Spring Break is your time to enjoy the benefits from your work through the fall. The STS on site staff will assist your group with any questions they have along with making sure you get the ultimate VIP treatment.
What exactly would I have to do as a rep?
What you'll do day to day, depends on whether you are a group organizer, campus rep or campus manager. Successful campus reps post flyers on bulletin boards around campus, start Facebook groups, spread the word and help distribute information to organizations. The more effort you put out, the more sales you will generate in return.
How much money can I make as a rep?
With the STS rep program, the sky is the limit. Depending on your level of commitment you can make anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Average campus reps made $1000-$3000 in 2015 where top reps have pulled in over $15,000!
Can I put this job on my resume?
Yes, and you should. Working as a campus rep gives you valuable sales and marketing experience that many companies look for. Your STS regional manager can also write a letter of recommendation for you if you need it.
How do I start booking trips?
You can start booking trips with your rep code immediately. Simply price out desired trip, book it, and include your rep code under rep/promo code when filling out the reservation form.
